About me

Master Herbalists are registered members of the AMH (Association of master Herbalists) who have qualified after a 3 year full-time or 5year part-time diploma course, trained in orthodox medical diagnosis, pathology, pharmacology, nutrition and in prescribing and preparing herbal medicine. 500 clinical hours are required before qualifying.

The Master Herbalist practices a naturopathic form of herbal medicine that aims to stimulate the vital force within the individual. To achieve this I combine therapies with herbs, such as detoxification programs, nutritional advice, Bach flower remedies, Auricular acupuncture and hydrotherapy. Through this holistic approach, the innate healing potential within the body begins to strengthen and repair.  Each patient is encouraged and empowered to take responsibility of his/her own health.

All members are fully insured and work to a strict code of conduct and ethics.

The AMH registered practitioner attends yearly CPD (continuing professional development) courses to update and further their practice and clinical skills.
